Vegetarian Chilli – Misir – Ethiopian Style Cooked Lentils

Cook chopped onion and garlic in oil on medium heat for 3 minutes and stir in a large pot

Add all veggies and seasoning and cook for 5 minutes and stir

Stir in chili beans, diced tomatoes and misir and turn heat down to medium low. Cook for 30-45 minutes.
