Vegetarian Chilli

Measure Ingredient
1 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
1 green pepper
1 40 oz. can of chili beans
2 jars Misir Ethiopian Styke Cooked lentils
3 zucchinis chopped into quarters
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp parsely
2 tsp ground cumin (to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
paprika
salt and pepper to taste
  • Cook chopped onion and garlic in oil on medium heat for 3 minutes and stir in a large pot

  • Add all veggies and seasoning and cook for 5 minutes and stir

  • Stir in chili beans, diced tomatoes and misir and turn heat down to medium low. Cook for 30-45 minutes.
